Step 2: Begin outlining your cable construction and material. Because each type of material provides a different breaking strength, it is important for us to know whether you are using stainless steel or galvanized steel. Next, indicate the construction of your cable by using our drop-down menu. Constructions include 1x19x 1x7, 6x19, 6x37, 7x19, and 7x7. Please specify the diameter of your cable, and also indicate whether it is bare/uncoated, or jacketed in nylon or vinyl.

Step 3: Begin specifying the hardware for the first end of your cable assembly by selecting one of the fitting styles from our drop-down menu. If you are requesting a custom fitting, you may elaborate with more detail in the next section. The same eye, loop, ball, single ball shank, stud, and custom options are available for the second end of your assembly, as well. If you are requesting a custom fitting for end 2 of your cable, you can elaborate with more detail in the notes and comments section.

Step 4: Tell us the overall length of the assembly by measuring from the center of the eye pinhole, pull of the loop, end of the stud or terminal, or pull of the ball/ball shank terminal. Lastly, specify your desired quantity. If you have any additional details about your custom assembly, you can upload a file or write additional notes before sending the form.
