Our Certifications:

One way that Sanlo separates itself from the competition is its quality certification. Sanlo is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, and the ISO certification means Sanlo is Quality Management System certified. Our Quality Management System certification covers a range of categories. For Sanlo, our certification covers the processing of wire rope, cable, including the extrusion of plastic jacketing over the wire rope and cable. The certificate also covers re-reeling and swaging of wire rope and manufacturing wire rope and cable assemblies with fittings and component end terminations. Additionally, Sanlo offers complete material and process certifications.

Alongside our ISO certification, Sanlo demonstrates a commitment to quality through our manufacturing and assembly facility. We have numerous tools and equipment alongside proprietary manufacturing techniques that allow us to precisely swage, and press fittings, cut cable, which guarantees your cable assemblies are performing to the highest level.

History of Wire Rope & Mechanical Cable Assemblies:

While many companies offer wire rope and mechanical cable assemblies, few have the experience of Sanlo. We have been a trusted name in the cable assembly business for over 60 years. As a result, we offer engineering services with our experienced team, rapid prototyping, and custom mechanical cable assemblies that are assembled with durability and strength in mind.

Additional Services:

We offer tensile strength testing, initial sample inspection reports, & a pre-production approval process alongside our custom assembly services. These services aside, we offer numerous outside services, including heat treating, plating, cleaning, independent Q.A. inspections, and chemical analysis. Our additional services are extra ways to ensure your product will perform at the highest possible level in the required application.
